Things to Do in Jim Corbett, on One Farm
Nearly everything a guest can do here is something the family did for themselves before anyone thought to charge for it.
Beyond the jeep safari, the farm has a pool, nine holes of mini golf, a pickleball court, a jacuzzi and a hammam, an observatory called TARA, an ATV track, a river with mahseer in it and a runway.
Most blocks are priced on their own and added to the base. Add the ones you want, send the list to The Homestead, and the days get built around them. If most of what you pick sits inside a package, we will say so.

The reserve is a short drive away and the animals that were here before the house have not gone far; elephants occasionally use the approach road as their own. A jeep, a permit and a naturalist guide, booked by The Homestead for your date.

Nine holes winding through the flower beds, booked by the hour. For children it is one more thing to do, along with the play area, the pool and the animals.

ATV rides
Thirty minutes on the track that loops the farm, through the orchard rows and along the forest line, two vehicles, then high tea under the jamun tree. In that order. The ride earns the tea.

Jacuzzi, hammam and massage
A jacuzzi that takes up to six for half an hour, a hammam steam bath that opens in peak winter, and a massage room with a short menu.

Stargazing
A guided hour at TARA, the farm's observatory. Bunny's telescopes, pointed by someone who knows the sky over the Terai, at whatever is up that night: the moon's edge, the planets, and in a dark month the Milky Way as a band rather than a rumour.

Mahseer fishing on the river
Catch and release on the rivers of Corbett country, with a guide who knows which stretch is fishing well that week. The mahseer is why anglers have come to these foothills for a century. Gear is provided. Patience is not.

A paramotor flight from the farm's own airstrip, five to seven minutes over the orchard, the house and the forest line. Or a seat in the ultralight trike, behind a pilot.

A 90-minute morning walk through the mango and lychee rows and God's Little Acre with someone who knows what is growing and what is calling. Fruit off the tree in season.
