Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Use of the Property

Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by management may result in termination of stay without a refund.

Activity Booking: Activities such as safaris, bird-watching, ATV rides, and other experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
